Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I have been working with individuals and families for over ten years including work in research, education, and mental health. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Rochester in 2012 and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at San Francisco State University in 2020. I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.
For the past seven years, I have been providing individual and family therapy for a diverse range of children, adolescents, adults, and families in the Bay Area and Sacramento. I use an eclectic approach to therapy to find strategies that are the right fit for each individual and family. I have worked with a variety of modalities including CBT/DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, play therapy, and expressive arts.

I specialize in working with adolescents, but have also worked with clients of all ages, facing a broad range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, social skills, and relational problems. My areas of interest also include LGBTQ+, giftedness and twice exceptionality, and navigating life stage transitions such as beginning adolescence andtransitioning from adolescence to young adulthood.I look forward to working with you!
